1. Bahrain’s Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman al-Khalifa passed away on November 11, 2020 at the age of 84. He was the world’s longest-serving Prime Minister, having held the post of Prime Minister since Bahrain’s independence in 1971.
2. The NDA alliance has won a majority in Bihar Assembly Elections by winning 125 seats and is set to form government again in the state. Tejaswi Yadav-led RJD emerged as the single-largest party in the state with 75 seats, followed by the BJP with 74 seats.
