- Engagement on tenure contract on consolidated remuneration basis initially for a period of THREE YEARS. Contract can be extendable further depending upon the requirement of the company and performance. During the contractual period, not entitled for any other benefits applicable to regular employees of the Company. However, the remuneration shall be increased by 10% every year upon their service found satisfactory.
