- IT Manager: Master’s Degree on Computer Application/ Engineering
- Project Officer, Project Coordinator: Master’s Degree in Rural Management/ Social Work/ Economics, MBA
- Programme Manager: MSW, Post Graduation
- Programme Executive: Master’s Degree in Rural Management/ Social Work/ Economics, MSW
- Project Support Officer: B.E or B.Tech, Master’s Degree in Rural Management/Social Work/ Economics, MBA
- Value Chain Development Expert: Degree in Social Sciences, Master’s Degree in Rural Management/ Social Work, MBA
- Head-WEACT: Master’s Degree in Social Work/ Rural Development/ Community Development
- Entrepreneurship Development: Post Graduate, MBA in Management, Rural Management, Economics, Agriculture Social Work
Experience Details
- IT Manager: Candidates should have Manager with 2-3 years’ experience in the relevant field
- Project Officer: Candidates should have 3 years’ of experience in Micro enterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/ Self Employment/ Livelihood/ Women’s related schemes and projects
- Project Coordinator: Candidates should have 5 years’ of experience in Micro enterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/ Self Employment/ Livelihood/ Women’s related schemes and projects
- Programme Manager: Candidates should have 3 year (Preferred) experience
- Programme Executive: Candidates should have 1 or 2 years of experience in Micro enterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/ Self Employment/ Livelihood/ Rural women’s related schemes and projects, SHGs
- Project Support Officer: Candidates should have 2 years of work experience in micro enterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/ self-employment related schemes and projects
- Value Chain Development Expert: Candidates should have -2 years of experience in Micro enterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/ Self Employment/ Livelihood/ Women’s related schemes and projects. Marketing experience will be an added advantage
- Head-WEACT: Candidates should have have minimum 6 years of experience in Entrepreneurship Development/ Marketing of Rural produce/ Rural Enterprises/ Women related schemes and projects
- Entrepreneurship Development: Candidates should have strong commitment and a proven track record of preferably more than 10 years in the field of Entrepreneurship Education & Development, Livelihoods, Micro Small Medium Enterprises, Cluster Development, CSR, Socio Economic Development Projects, Social Innovations, Government Development Projects etc
