- General Manager: B.E in Mining
- Deputy General Manager (DGM), Senior Manager: B.E, M.Sc, Ph.D in Geology, Post Graduate, MBA
- Manager: Post Graduate in Mineral Dressing, Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
Experience Details
- General Manager: Candidates should have 20 years experience, out of which 10 years in Senior position in a Large Underground Metal Mine.
- Deputy General Manager (DGM): Candidates should have 17 years experience in Mineral Exploration and Underground Mine Geology, out of which 08 years in Senior Position in a Large Underground Metal Mine
- Senior Manager: Candidates should have 15 years experience, out of which 8 years in a Large Underground Metal Mine.
- Manager: Candidates should have 12 years experience in large metallurgical plant, out of which at least 5 years in gold, precious metal recovery and 6 years in responsible position desirable
